Fast Forward - PM Project Management Overview
A presentation based 2 hour overview of our project management approach based on Goal Directed Project Management (GDPM) key principles. Often used for Human Resources, Training and departmental executives to gain an understanding of the benefits and key principals of our approach.
2-Day GDPM based Project Management Workshop
A highly interactive and practical workshop where delegates learn and practice the light touch and non-bureaucratic project management approach based on GDPM principles in a safe environment using a simulated project scenario. The workshop covers project failure, the soft skills needed by project managers, Initiation, Planning, Stakeholder Analysis & Responsibility Matrix, Control - Risk Assessment, Progress Reporting and Project Health Check, Principles of Change Management and Key Success factors.

Benefits Management
This workshop covers the key elements of Benefits Management - identifying the various types of benefits and the practical use of dependency mapping. This workshop can also include a bespoke session to cater for your own companies finance reporting mechanisms and business case development. This 2-Day workshop is complementary to GDPM.
Risk Management
This workshop covers the key elements of Risk Management - Risks versus Issues, key process steps, identification of risks, cataloguing and Risk Registers, actions and closure.
Presentation Skills
One of the key soft skills of a project manager or project team member is communication - both to the members of the project team and to senior managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders or clients. This 2-Day workshop gives delegates the opportunity to try out and learn practical presentation skills in a safe environment.
Effective Meetings
To run projects successfully you need to be able to effectively manage your time and that of others. One specific and critical area is ensuring that your project meetings are well structured, have clear objectives, rules and focus on the exceptions. This 1 Day workshop uses role - playing to reinforce the learning.
