Our Style and Ethos
Our delivery and knowledge sharing ethos does not involve extensive lecturing or examinations, our experience has told us that embedding learning is about doing rather than being told, enabling rapid application and reinforcement of learning. Our training workshops replicate real life projects and team creation where strangers are brought together to plan and achieve a common goal.

Our simple building block approach can enable rapid mobilisation and improved benefit realisation; the fundamental building blocks act as a platform and ultimately a springboard that enables Project Management people to attain rapid application of a light touch non bureaucratic approach with minimal waste, quicker mobilisation and realisation of benefits.
We prefer the term “Tutors” as opposed to “Trainers” - we've been there, done it and are still doing it and learning every day. We prefer to impart our knowledge and experience through a facilitated learning process rather than extensive classroom based lecturing.
Our Approach
The Project Management approach we use is based on Goal Directed Project Management (GDPM) principles which provides a light touch, non-bureaucratic and practical way to improve, not only the likelihood of success of your projects but the Project Management capability of your people. It complements other methodologies such as PRINCE2, APM, OGC MSP and others.

We offer further in life support for developing Practitioners through 1-1, co facilitation and virtual consultative support and can provide individual feedback for delegates and line managers for delegates attending at our PM workshops.
