About Us - Fast Forward Project Management Profile
Fast Forward Project Management is a Limited Liability Partnership primarily providing Project Management training and ‘in-life’ Project Management consultancy services.
The partnership was formed by 2 experienced Project managers and tutors who have a combined experience of 64 years working for BT a Global Telecommunication’s company; we have alliances with other PM training providers and access to a number of specialist consultant’s.
We specialise in the deployment of a Goal Directed Project Management based approach having a vast experience of delivering projects, helping and coaching other Project Managers, project facilitation and the delivery of GDPM based project management training workshops.
Our training workshops and coaching / facilitation interventions receive consistently excellent feedback as demonstrated by the sample testimonials in the column to the right. We are passionate about the value we add and measure our success by the volume of delegates applying what they have learnt post training. A survey of previous delegates showed that 81% had applied the learning; 82% said that it helped them set up their projects and 72% said that it helped their projects succeed.
Research says that 80 - 90% of projects fail! So why does everybody keep doing it the same way badly?
Investment in expensive and complex PM systems and methods is a common solution adopted by many companies along with dangerous assumptions about what it takes to develop a project manager and how success will be realised.
“So does extensive lecturing in classrooms and certifications make a successful project manager; do complex methods work?”
We think not!
